Judy'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix well first three ingredients. Beat well the egg, water and vinegar. Add to dry ingredients. Makes 5 balls of dough. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Also freezes well.
