Beatnick Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. cooked ground beets
1/2 Tbsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients well. Add remaining ingredients alternately with beets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
