Laura'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 chicken cutlets
    flour, salt and pepper, mixed
    6 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    bay leaf
    olive oil (approximately 2 Tbsp.)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Flour chicken and fry in olive oil until brown.
    Add garlic, vinegar, broth, thyme and bay leaf.
    Cook over moderate heat for 15 minutes.
    Remove chicken.
    Add butter and saute mushrooms for 5 minutes.
    Pour over chicken and serve.
