Grits Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grits
4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 roll garlic cheese
2 eggs, well beaten, add milk to eggs to total 1 c.
Preparation

Cook grits in boiling water per directions on grit package. Add butter and cheese. Stir until
melted. Add eggs, beaten with milk. Stir until blended.
Pour into greased casserole. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
