Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
2 c. rhubarb, chopped
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add shortening, eggs and milk. Mix well.
Add chopped rhubarb and mix slightly.
Dough will be fairly stiff.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
