Brother'S Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. cream-style corn
1/2 c. hot peppers, chopped
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1/4 lb. bacon (well done), chopped
1/4 c. pimentos, chopped
1/2 Tbsp. garlic (optional)
3 c. corn bread mix
2 1/2 c. milk or buttermilk

Preparation

Mix all but last 2 ingredients.
Add corn bread mix and milk or buttermilk.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
