Golden Apricot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. dried apricots
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. orange Jell-O
1 pt. warm apricot juice and water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pie shell, baked
1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Cook apricots in water; drain and reserve juice.
Dissolve Jell-O in warm apricot juice and water.
Add salt and pour over apricots; chill.
When slightly thickened, turn into cold pie shell.
Chill until firm.
Top with whipped cream.
