Cholesterol Free Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. skim milk
6 Tbsp. Sugar Twin or Sprinkle Sweet
1 1/2 tsp. lite salt
4 Tbsp. canola oil
1 pkg. dry yeast
6 c. flour
Preparation

Heat milk until warm enough to add yeast.
Combine all other ingredients except flour.
Then start adding flour a little at a time until it is desired consistency, which is not sticky.
Cover and let rise until double.
Punch down and make into rolls.
Let this double and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until hollow when tapped one time.
Sometimes I mix the yeast with rather warm water and then add to milk mixture.
