Creamed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. boiled sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. thin cream
seasoning to taste
salt and pepper and/or dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour and stir until smooth.
Add milk and cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
Add seasoning. Add cubed sweet potatoes and reheat.
Serves 4 to 6.
