Chocolate Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz. each) pkg. chocolate chips
    8 egg yolks
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 angel food cakes (9 inches each)
    20 red or green cherries
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler.
    When melted, add 1 egg yolk at time, beating after each yolk is added.
    Cool.
    Add 4 or 5 tablespoons of water.
    Mix whipped cream.
    Beat 4 egg whites together.
    Add vanilla and powdered sugar.
    Fold in chocolate and egg mixture and pecans.
    Break angel food cake into chunks about the size of eggs.
    Pour chocolate mixture over cake and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Serve with whipped cream and cherries.
