Belgian Chicken Normandy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    8 green or yellow apples, washed, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 qt. Creme Fraich (heavy whipping cream)
    3/4 c. Calvados or apple brandy
    3 oz. butter
    10 to 12 small white potatoes, washed and thinly sliced (do not peel)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large baking pan. Add chicken. Add apples to the pan with the chicken.
    Pour the apple brandy and cream over the chicken and apples.
    Put in a 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
