Dudley'S Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 small carrot, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. macaroni
Preparation

Add stew meat to about 2 quarts of water.
Boil until brown and tender.
(Extra water can be added when, and if, needed.)
Add tomato sauce, cubed potatoes and sliced carrot.
Cook until potatoes and carrot are done.
Add spices.
Bring to a vigorous boil and add macaroni.
Cook until tender about 10 minutes.
Goes good with cornbread.
