Kerry'S Yorkshire Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine 1/3 cup flour, 2 teaspoons salt, sage and pepper in a plastic bag.
    Shake chicken in bag to coat with mixture.
    Brown chicken in oil and transfer to baking dish.
    Sift remaining flour, salt and baking powder together.
    Mix milk, butter and beaten eggs.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add parsley.
    Pour batter over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
