Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Swanson clear chicken broth
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. sherry
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. cooked ham, diced
1/2 c. snow peas
3 green onions, sliced
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
-
In microwave safe dish, stir together everything but eggs. Cover.
Microwave on High 10 minutes.
Stir twice before boiling. Stir in swirling motion and slowly pour eggs in broth until they become long strands.
