Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs fresh mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
    1 lb bulk sausage, mild or hot
    1 medium onion, chopped finely
    1 t crushed garlic
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    3 T Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 - 1 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet and remove from pan.
    Drain off all but 2 T grease from pan. Chop mushroom stems finely and brown with onions and garlic in grease until onions just start turning golden; drain and remove from pan.
