Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 celery stalks, grated
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 carrots, grated
    1 onion, chopped fine
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 qt. water
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes, carrots and celery until tender in a large pot.
    Drain; keep liquid. Add onion and butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add remaining vegetable liquid to desired consistency.
