Cheesy Chicken & Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts, cubed
    garlic salt
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can chicken broth
    1 lg. frozen California medley vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
    2 c. minute rice
    1/2 block of velveeta cheese (cubed)
Preparation
    Cook cubed chicken in butter w/garlic salt until done. Stir in vegetables and chicken broth. Cook for 1 minute after it starts to boil. Pour in the 2 c. rice and add cheese cubes, stirring until the cheese melts (it will thicken as it sets).
