Stir-Fried Pork With Chinese Cabbage And Buckwheat Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Chinese buckwheat noodles
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 lb. lean boneless pork loin, cut into 2 x 1/2-inch strips
    4 scallions, sliced
    1 celery rib, minced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    2 c. shredded Chinese cabbage
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    2 tsp. Asian sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles until tender but still firm, 10 to 12 minutes.
    Drain and rinse briefly under cold running water; drain well.
