Cream Of Celery Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sliced celery with leaves
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
pinch of ground black pepper
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth (full strength)
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. half and half
Preparation

In medium saucepan, place celery, onions, thyme, nutmeg, black pepper and chicken broth.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until vegetables are tender (about 15 minutes).
