Veal Marsala (4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. veal scallopini, pounded flat
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
1/2 c. Marsala wine
4 slices lemon
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Rub veal with garlic and dredge with seasoned flour.
Heat frying pan (very hot).
Melt butter; heat to sizzle.
Brown veal on both sides.
Add Marsala; cook 1 minute, basting continuously. Keep heat high.
