Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box or 2 3/8 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 lb. (1/2 c.) oleomargarine
1 c. very hot coffee
3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
chocolate chips
12 oz. raisins
12 oz. nuts

Preparation

Grease and flour large cookie sheet.
Cream brown sugar and margarine with eggs.
Add hot coffee; stir well.
Add dry ingredients (flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda).
Pour batter into large, greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with choice of chocolate chips, raisins and nuts.
