Uncooked Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. cabbage
8 bell peppers (red and green)
8 large sweet onions
1 c. pickling salt
1/4 small box celery seed
1/4 small box white mustard seed
3 1/2 c. red vinegar
5 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Run the cabbage, bell peppers and onions through a food chopper.
Pour the pickling salt over this mixture.
Mix well and let stand for two hours.
