1 c. self-rising flour
1 stick margarine
1 c. chopped nuts (reserve a few for top)
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
4 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Step 1:
Mix flour, melted margarine and nuts.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 300\u00b0; cool.
