Jam Ripple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. All Purpose Flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled slightly
    1/2 c. your favorite jam (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease and flour an 8 inch spring form pan.
    In a large bowl stir together flour and
    sugar. Stir in baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
    In a small bowl beat the egg, milk, and melted butter together.
    Make a well in the flour mixture and then pour in the egg mixture, stirring until mixture is smooth.
    Spread batter into the prepared spring form pan.
