Marshmallow Fudge Nut Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. walnuts
2 eggs
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy.
Blend in eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.
Blend in vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cover tops of baked bars with halved marshmallows. Return to oven for 3 minutes.
Squish marshmallows down so as to cover bars evenly.
Cool.
Frost with favorite chocolate frosting.
