Pumpkin Tart - cooking recipe

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
3 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 envelope Knox gelatine, mixed with 1/4 c. cool water
3 egg whites, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix and line a 9 x 13-inch pan with graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and margarine, melted.
Beat together 2 eggs, cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar.
Pour over crumb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
