Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 c. sliced and boiled yellow squash, drained
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs (mix in 1 Tbsp. melted butter)
Preparation
    Grease a 12 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish and layer 1/2 the squash.
    Use salt and pepper to taste.
    Separate eggs.
    Beat egg yolk until thick; stir in sour cream and flour.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into yolks.
    Layer this mixture over squash; add layer of onions.
    Layer remaining squash, cheese and bacon.
    Add bread crumbs on top and paprika, if desired.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
