Six Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. box bran flakes
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. dates, raisins, nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Store in tightly covered bowl.
    Use as desired.
    Fill tins 3/4 full.
    Sprinkle with sugar/or cinnamon before baking.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Dough keeps in refrigerator 6 weeks.
