Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers, stem end and seeds removed
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. cooked rice or prepared Minute Rice
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook peppers in boiling, salted water about 5 minutes.
    Remove from water and set aside.
