Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unbleached flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. butter
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter and brown sugar.
    Add to beaten eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle pecans on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Store in airtight container.
