Vegetable Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    8 or 10 unbaked biscuits
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil about 5 minutes or until tender. Add beef and cook until brown, stirring occasionally.
    Drain; add tomatoes, paste, salt, parsley and pepper.
    Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in corn and peas.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Place biscuits on top and bake at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
