Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast
    1 stick margarine
    20 or more saltines (crushed)
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Skin chicken; dip breasts in melted margarine and roll in crushed saltines; sprinkle with garlic salt Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
    Place in oblong pyrex pan. Bake slowly at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
