Ingredients

4 bananas, sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 whole lemon (\"juice\" only)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. dark rum
1/4 c. cream de banana
Preparation

In large skillet, mix butter, cinnamon, lemon juice, brown sugar, rum and cream de banana until hot and well mixed.
Add bananas and mix well until all hot, then pour over vanilla cream. Serve immediately.
