Yum-Yum Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 c. grated American cheese
1 c. pecans
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup cold water.
Bring to boil pineapple, sugar and lemon juice.
Add gelatin and congeal.
Whip the cream and beat congealed mixture with beater.
Fold in cream, cheese and nuts.
Refrigerate overnight.
