Roasted New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 small new potatoes
    olive oil flavored vegetable cooking spray
    1/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook unpeeled potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes; drain and cool slightly.
    Quarter potatoes with vegetable spray. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Coat cut side of potatoes in bread crumb mixture.
    Arrange on a coated cooking sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
