Chicken Continental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3-4 lb. chicken pieces
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 Tbsp. onion
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 thyme
1/2 cup celery salt
1 1/3 cup water
1 cup rice
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Roll chicken in flour.
Saute (brown) in butter until brown. Mix soup, onion, seasoning in saucepan, gradually stir in water. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Pour rice into shallow 2 qt. casserole dish.
Stir in all ingredients, except 1/2 cup of soup mixture, into rice.
Top with chicken and pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
Cove, and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in a preheated 375 degree oven.
