Cool Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Break up and stir in cranberry sauce, undrained pineapple, orange juice, lemon juice and nuts.
Pour into a large 9 x 12-inch casserole or two smaller ones.
Chill until firm.
I add the nuts with the rest of the ingredients. They will rise to the top and form a crisp crust.
To serve, cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves with sour cream or yogurt dressing.
Also may be served as a dessert with whipped cream.
Makes 12 servings.
