Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans hominy
1/2 to 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed Fritos

Preparation

Mix cheese in soup (may melt, if desired).
Add hominy and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Mix well.
Top with crushed Fritos.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
