Aunt Marie'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 stick melted margarine
    2 c. milk
    1 large can evaporated milk
    5 to 7 slices bread
    cinnamon
    raisins (optional)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine in Pyrex dish.
    Mix eggs and sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well (whisk works well).
    Break bread slices into melted margarine.
    Pour milk and egg mixture over bread.
    Sprinkle with raisins, if desired.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0 until set in middle.
