Sweet - N - Sour Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. ketchup
    1 box brown sugar
    1 c. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. ground ginger
    3 to 5 lb. pork ribs
Preparation
    Season ribs.
    Add this mixture to the ribs and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Pour excess liquid out of pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, covered.
    Uncover and baste every 5 minutes for 15 to 30 minutes.
