Cranberry Bundt Cake - cooking recipe

2/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
3/4 c. chopped dried cranberries
1/3 c. chopped pecans
confectioners sugar
Preparation

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in the cranberries and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured 8-inch fluted pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Dust with confectioners sugar.
