Sausage Soup(Serves Many) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot and/or sweet sausage
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    5 c. beef broth bouillon
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. red wine
    2 c. chopped, peeled tomatoes or 1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes and 1 can tomato paste
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. sliced zucchini, unpeeled
    8 oz. tortellini
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute sausage (remove casing first) with garlic and onions. Add beef broth, water, red wine, tomatoes, carrots, basil and oregano.
    Cook 1 hour.
    One hour before serving, add sliced zucchini, tortellini, parsley and green pepper.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves many.
