Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens (fryer, raw), cut up
    1 bottle Russian salad dressing
    2 envelopes Lipton dry onion soup mix
    10 oz. apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix the last 3 ingredients and smear on top of chicken.
    Place chicken in a shallow pan.
    Baste chicken every 20 to 30 minutes. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    The slower and longer you cook, the more it will glaze.
