Friday Night Special(Mexican Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 can Ranch style beans
    1 pkg. grated cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; season to taste with salt and pepper; drain.
    Tear 3 to 4
    tortillas and cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
    Spoon half of the meat over tortillas.
    Mix soup and tomatoes together in a bowl; spoon half of mixture over meat. Drain beans and spoon half over soup mixture.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over beans.
    Layer the remaining ingredients in same order. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes; edges should be brown and the top bubbly.
