Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. green peppers
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 chili seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork chops (no oil needed). Remove from pan and lightly saute onions and peppers in this pan.
    Mix all but pork chops together and put in casserole dish. Top with pork chops. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
