Cabbage Wedge Meal-In-One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey, cooked
    1/4 c. Minute rice
    2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove tough outside leaves from cabbage; discard.
    Cut head in 6 to 8 wedges.
    Place in greased 3-quart casserole.
    Arrange onion, beef and rice between wedges.
    Combine tomatoes and seasonings; pour over casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
