Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas (regular size)
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 to 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 medium jar picante sauce
Preparation
    Cook and stir hamburger in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until light brown.
    Remove from heat; drain.
    Stir in onion, sour cream, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover and reserve.
