Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sliced peaches
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Mix
peaches
and
lemon
juice together in small bowl. Blend melted
butter, sugar, flour, cinnamon and eggs, mixing together. Pour over peaches.\tToss gently. Spoon peaches into unbaked pie shell.
Put
strips
of
pie crust on top of pie. Bake 50 to 60 minutes; after 15 to 20 minutes baking, put foil around outer rim of crust to keep crust from getting brown.
