Spinach Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. spinach puree (1/2 pkg. frozen spinach)
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 to 2 Tbsp. water as necessary
Preparation
    Cook
    spinach
    and
    drain
    very
    thoroughly.
    Puree
    in blender or food processor.\tMeasure
    out
    1/2
    cup\tpuree
    and return to saucepan.
    Cook for a minute or two over low heat to dry out as much
    as possible.
    Combine with flour, eggs, olive oil, salt and nutmeg.
    Knead
    dough; wrap in plastic and allow to rest at least 20 minutes before rolling and cutting.
