Chocolate Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo, softened
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    4 oz. German chocolate bar
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    11 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 c. water
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put chocolate in saucepan and melt in 1/4 cup water.
    Cool. (May boil water and add chocolate.)
    Cream together oleo and cheese.
    Gradually add the 2 pounds powdered sugar.
    Mix well. Add chocolate mixture to this.
    Beat until well blended.
    Remove 3 cups (or about 1/2 of this) mixture and set aside, covered.
